Tabarka (snorkeling) — the beautiful town of Tabarka in northern Tunisia is one of the most spectacular diving areas in the Mediterranean Sea. Its coral reef just of the coast is still under explored and you feel like Cousteau discovering the paradise for the first time!! The most beautiful coral reefs can be found in the National Marine Park, as well as near the rocky islands of La Galite. There are about 20 diving spots, including the amazing Pigeons Cave, with a rocky, colorful bottom and the water full of tiny fish, which is perfect for beginners. The depth of the cave oscillates around 3-12 meters. The Rock of Hakes, with a width of 10 meters is equally remarkable. Seemingly, you can see hakes weighing up to 40 kg swimming in this area.

The Cape of Tabarka offers divers thousands of shoals of multicolored fish and a water depth from 3 to 20 meters. A huge abundance of fauna and flora, including colorful anemones, majestic octopuses, funny crawfish, and a rocky bottom with lots of algae and rare black corals – these are the advantages of the local waters.
